How can I get in touch?

Where are you?

We're based in a tiny home studio in Derbyshire, England. I design, pack and process every order myself.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on order weight. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. This cost does not include any customs or duty fees your country may charge. Orders over £50 for the UK are posted out free of charge. 

 

When will my order ship out?

I aim to package orders daily, although sometimes life gets in the way or I need to do an unexpected restock. Packages are dispatched a minimum of three to four times a week. Custom orders can take an extra day or two to prepare.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping estimates provided at checkout does not include processing times. If a shipping speed says 2 days, that means 2 days from when Royal Mail receives the package; but this is an estimate only.

 

Once your order is shipped, you should typically receive your package within these times:

United Kingdom: 

Normally only a couple of days but can be up to a week during busy periods.

Europe and International: 

1-3 weeks for airmail depending on destination (considered lost after 5 weeks)

 

Can I track my order?

If there is tracking available for the postage you selected, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. 

 

What if there is a problem with my order?

If I sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me at fidgetandbobby@gmail.com and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Alternatively, you can get a refund or a gift card to spend later.

 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged.

 

Can I combine orders?

If you place multiple orders and they haven't left me yet, I can combine them to save on postage and refund you the saving. Please send me an email to inform me as soon as possible. If I notice orders with the same address I will combine them myself but I can't guarantee I'll catch everything if I'm busy so sending a message will help me spot it.

 

An item I want is sold out.

You can send me a message and I can let you know if it's likely to come back into stock in the future.

 

What are Nat 1 Packs?

These are bundles of random products that didn't meet the cut. They are perfectly usable but might have printed in the wrong sizes during the design process or have been cut a little wonky. They're a perfect way of getting your hands on discounted products. Each pack has a random assortment of products so what you get will be a roll of the dice! Nat 1 packs are non-refundable.

 

Do you do gift cards?

Yes! We have gift cards in various denominations and they can be bought from the store at any time. 

 

What payment types do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
